Brook Hedge
After forty years in the legal profession in Washington, D.C., Brook Hedge now pursues her lifelong passion for photography in Sandwich, New Hampshire. Before moving to Sandwich permanently, she divided her time with Lewes, Delaware, two different but equally enticing photography venues. Through the years, Brook studied with a variety of professionals and her works were widely exhibited. In 2019, she had her first solo show, “Awakenings,” at Lewes’s Peninsula Gallery. She joined Peninsula as a Resident Artist with works displayed on an ongoing basis and in joint exhibitions until she left Delaware in 2023. Brook’s works have also been in joint shows at the Rehoboth Art League and the SouthxSoutheast Gallery in Molena, Georgia. The Patricia Ladd Carega Gallery in Sandwich now represents Brook exclusively. She was part of a joint show in 2021 focusing on works produced during Covid and, in July 2022, presented her work in a solo exhibition, “Transitions.” Her works have been exhibited continuously and, in June 2024, were part of a joint show “It's About The Lens.”
